10 Tips to change your lifestyle and improve your health




Most of Specialist in nutrition and dietetics say that,

"Improving your health depends largely on acquiring a lifestyle that allows you to create adherence to healthy habits."


                                      We all know that eating fruits and vegetables produces benefits for our health, but this habit should always be linked to a lifestyle beyond these foods; such as physical exercise or lower consumption of alcohol and ultra processed products (the fewer, the better, knowing that 0{Zero} is the best option).

 Healthy habits in your diet and physical activity:

1.   Create adhesion.
    Do not impose a "diet" as if it were a punishment . Be persevering with your diet and create adherence to it in the medium term; you will get the desired result in a natural and healthy way. Keep in mind that the results or consequences are not seen right away, but they start in our body from day one.
                                   
     2.  Maintain a healthy weight "Without obsessing yourself"

           Make between 3 and 5 meals a day , adjusting what you eat to your profile and needs; It will allow you to maintain a healthy and stable weight.             

3.    Eat more (increase consumption of ...)

Increase the consumption of fruits, vegetables, legumes, eggs, whole grains and nuts. Also, try to take fish at least 3 times a week.
